After we recieve your order and artwork we will get back to you with a mockup of your design. 

Once you have approved the mockup, we will go ahead with production. Production takes
between 20 - 25 business days + shipping.Your charms will arrive individually bagged. 
Please note that we do not provide necklace chains, phone straps or any other jewelry findings.
