Our solid color charms are laser cut from 1/8" acrylic. Each charm comes to you individually masked. Once we have received your payment and approved your artwork, production will take 10- 20 business days + shipping.

When you receive your charms, you will need to peel off the thin layer of masking tape that protects them from smoke damage. Solid acrylic charms are about twice as thick as printed charms, so they tend to get dirtier from smoke even with masking. If the edges have smoke residue after peeling you can wash them in water with or without soap. Rubbing alcohol also works well for cleaning.

For those interested, we also offer a professional peeling service for a small fee.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Reply to that confirmation email with your image files attached. Acceptable files include  AIs, JPGs, PSDs and TIFFs - no PNGs or GIFs, please.

You can have up to 5 images per 100 charms at no extra cost! 
We will divide the number of each design evenly. 
For example:

An order of 100 charms with 2 designs: 50, 50
An order of 100 charms with 3 designs: 33, 33, 34
An order of 100 charms with 4 designs: 25, 25, 25, 25
An order of 100 charms with 5 designs: 20, 20, 20, 20, 20

Because of the way we set up our files we cannot split the order unevenly.
